The following minutes from the 2011 AGM have been submited by Abominator.

Accounts were approved and show a cash balance of kr. 20,369.39. In addition we have receivables of kr. 1,820 and hash stock of kr. 13,985. Again, hash cash has done an excellent job! |

The following hash weekends were approved: |

There was a quick review of international hash events for 2011. Four hashers going to Newcastle H3 run 1000 on 10-12 June. More welcome to join! |

We should make an effort to get new members (preferable single, willing, women with large breasts..). Can’t remember who’s idea that was… |

The issue of web shop was discussed. This also relates to payment of Hash weekends via the web page (Paypal). Flasher made a decree that Foggy Glasses was in charge of a committee to report on the feasibility of this web shop/ Paypal. Foggy Glasses was unsure how much work this would be to set up. ONH3 hashers do not have to pay this way if we set up this system. Flasher would inform them accordingly. |

Cost for AGM food and drink is to be borne by BH3. Again thanks to Flasher for great venue, food and drink! |

Dog Handler and Mata Hari wish to host a farewell party around mid March. E-mail with more details to follow. |

We have lots of Hash clothing arriving from China any time. Good prices should allow us to sell more Haber Hasher goods in the future. |
