Yes! It's late, but better late than never! If you've nothing better to do, join us for our 1000th. And if you can't do May, save the travel info for later when you can join us! FRIDAY 3rd May 18:00 Registration at Hops. Register and pay! Welcoming beer from the Hash. The rest is out of pocket. You get your goody-bag on Saturday on the bus, so that you don't loose your goodies if we go pub-crawling after Hops =) Friday night pub crawl likely once most people have turned up. SATURDAY 4th May 9.00 - Get together 9.30 - Bus leaves 11.00 - Arrival, have a look at the museum, go round the rocks, have a picnic. 12.30 - Start off from Gobustan for the Hash 16.30 - Leave Gobustan 18.00 - Get to Baku 19.30 - Buffet Dinner, inclusive of drinks, at the Afurja Ballroom, Excelsior, STAR WARS FANCY DRESS Theme, come prepared! SUNDAY 5th May 14:30 - Regular Hash Sunday evening Hops & Departures Total cost: 150AZN ACTION REQUIRED Baku folk: to register you need to pay 50 AZN non-refundable deposit. Visiting Hashers: Email your name, hash name, home kennel, shirt size, attach a copy of booking or ticket to your email and send it to Julia.jacmiller@gmail.com (No deposit required, showing your ticket is sufficient) The deadline is March the 25th, so make our lives easier. Anyone pulling out last minute will burn on the fires of hell for all eternity. If you don't send your email in time, you may still get a T-shirt, it's just unlikely to be the size you want! It would be nice of you to wear something Star Wars related (you can ask MisMan bureaucrats to help with ideas), loads of ideas online. The usual gathering at Hops Pub for a run around town and a few beers and banter afterwards. Several Doha hashers have booked into the Du Port Hotel, just off Fountain Square, which is a great area to base yourself in and very close to HOPS Bar (Home of the Hash). The Citrus Boutique also looks funky. They are also very close to the Old City. Visa for Azerbaijan - easy online processing - takes 3 working days.
