Run #1306, being the first spring run in 2017 coincided with the winter holiday, so a smallish pack turned up at the hare's abode in time for the run.

The trail followed a meandering route first up to Løvstien and back down to Puddefjorden including some virgin territory before crossing Puddefjorden to Møhlenpris on the newish pedestrian bridge Lillepudden. Whilst laying the run, the hares had come across a new pub in Cornerteateret (yes, the Corner Theatre), but it had not been made clear by the staff whether we could have a beer or not. However, we were let in but had to depart by 9 p.pm because someone had rented the place from 9 p.m. Therefore - for the second consecutive run, we visited a virgin pub - and both connected to theatres.

After a relaxing drink-stop, the pack set out into the by then very wintery evening with thunder, hail and sleet, ON-ON through the still-junkie-free Nygårdsparken and after a shortish run arrived at the next drink-stop at the familiar Husets Pub. After only one beer, ON-OUT was called and the pack set off again into the winter night. A fairly direct route took the pack back across the bridge Puddefjordsbroen and ON-INN (covered by snow so very few hashers saw it) to the circle.

Comes Every Time, the stand-in RA, made sure everyone was punished in the circle on many trumped-up fake allegations. The evening was rounded off with macaroni cheese and salad being served at the hare's abode, washed down with BEER.
