Nearly as many cars as hashers turned up way out in the sticks north of Bergen for the start of run #1326. The hare had promised some virgin territory and bunkers in and among the ruins of the old fortifications on Håøy.

The trail took the pack through the forest from the brand new car park and ON-ON to the remains of and old building and quay in Søra Eidavik. From there it was a mini Killer Hill climb up through the forest before following the old military road meandering its way to the highest point at 171 m.a.s.l. That is to say, the trail buy-passed the highest point and headed for an old gun position with excellent view of one of the main sea routes from the north heading towards Bergen, and a mobile refreshment stop.

The hare gave a brief introduction to the military history on Håøy, before calling the ON-OUT. The trail followed the old military road down-down, past a concrete bunker and down to the old assembly point for a Whisky refreshment stop.

Well satisfied, the pack headed back towards the car park and the ON-INN. In the circle, the stand-in R.A. made sure all perpetrators were punished before the evening was rounded off with some excellent and warming nosh, washed down with mostly poofter beer.
