| More text |
- If you plan to carry items on the run, e.g. beer (everyone carries their own drink-stop beer), change of clothes, water, packed lunch etc., you will need to bring a (light) rucksack
- Situated on the West Coast of Norway with prevailing winds from the south-west and warmed by the Gulf Stream, Bergen is blessed with damp and mild weather. Ask a Norwegian and she will tell you that it always rains in Bergen. However, the weather in May/June is usually warm and dry, and we have had both hot and dry days and wet and cold days. In 2010 the trail even took us over snow covered ground Maximum temperatures during Killer Hill weekends have varied between 8.4°C and 28.9°C with an average temperature of 16.1°C.
- So ... bring wet weather gear, warm clothing, t-shirts, shorts, a towel and perhaps a swimsuit?
- And ... if you intend to do some sleeping during the weekend ... DON'T FORGET YOUR SLEEPING BAG!!
